BELL & ROSS BR03-94 AERO GT ORANGE SKELETONIZED CHRONOGRAPH LIMITED EDITION OF 500

After the success of the B-Rocket motorbike in 2014, designed by British custom bike builder Shaw Harley-Davidson, which inspired the two Bell & Ross B-Rocket watches and their unmissable date and power reserves, Bell & Ross’ creative designer decided that he was going to need some new inspiration. He realised that the automotive and watchmaking industries shared a lot in common as both territories worked alongside motors, performance and precision and so began this unique marriage.

The Aero GT concept car was designed with extraordinary body work that streamlined like a fighter jet, aerodynamic canard-style wing mirrors, a vertical tail fin and two unusually sized exhausts reminiscent of a turbojet engine. This automotive masterpiece with its sharp edges and innovative appeal began to motivate the design behind the new AeroGT watches that were revealed at Baselworld.

The BR 03-94 embodies the very spirit of the AeroGT car with its futuristic looking chronograph and metal hour markers coated with luminescent material.  The timepieces boast steel cases similar to the body of the concept motor, crowns made from red aluminium used in sports cars and skeletonised dials formed from layers to give each watch a fascinating impression of depth. The timepieces are completed by black quilted leather straps with red stitching impersonating the interiors of luxury vehicles.
