Questions? Don't hesitate to get in touch — you can find us just about anywhere online and we're always happy to chat. 🙂
Quality is at the core of everything we do. Every timepiece in our collection has been carefully evaluated using rigorous authentication processes, and wherever possible, we include documented provenance with each listing. When provenance isn't available, we'll say so upfront — no surprises.
Each watch is examined in detail by a skilled watchmaker before it ever reaches our listings. Following that inspection, it's photographed using professional-grade optics designed to capture every nuance — including even the subtlest signs of wear that might be invisible to the unaided eye. We believe an informed buyer is a happy buyer.
When it comes to condition, we deliberately err on the conservative side. We'd rather describe a watch as "good" and have you pleasantly surprised than oversell it and leave you disappointed. What you see is what you get — and usually a little better.
Before completing your purchase, we encourage you to review all photos and descriptions thoroughly and reach out with any questions the listing doesn't already answer. Our mission is to make every transaction feel effortless and enjoyable — and to earn the kind of trust that turns a first-time buyer into a lifelong fellow enthusiast.
A note for international customers: Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
